How FreightKey Works
From load tender to freight release, FreightKey runs a full authentication check in under 60 seconds — giving your team a clear PASS or DENIED before a single pallet moves.
Required Credentials
Before the check runs, you'll need the carrier's MC/DOT number, driver ID, VIN, truck and trailer details, and dispatch information. Accurate inputs are what make the result reliable.
Real-Time Video Verification
Once the load and carrier info is submitted, you and the driver connect on a secured video call. You capture live photos of the driver, vehicle, and any other required details on the spot.
AI Authentication
FreightKey compares the live photos against the submitted information to confirm the right carrier and driver showed up. Any discrepancy — wrong truck, mismatched ID, carrier mismatch — gets flagged immediately.
PASS or DENIED Result Delivered
Your team gets a clear PASS or DENIED with a full verification report — logged, timestamped, and stored for audit. No ambiguity, no guesswork.
FreightKey Released
On a PASS, the system automatically releases your pick-up number — the FreightKey — directly to the driver. The load moves. The process is done.
Backed by a $100K Load Guarantee
When FreightKey is used correctly and a load is released on a PASS result, we stand behind that verification with a $100,000 load guarantee. If a verified load is stolen due to a verification failure on our part, we cover it. Terms apply.
